Rupture of the unscarred uterus during induced termination of pregnancy in the second trimester: A case report

Introduction. Uterine rupture is a rare complication of induced termination pregnancy in the second trimester. We report case patient with unscarred uterus during prostaglandin-induced abortion trimester pregnancy. Case Report. A 26-year-old pregnant woman was admitted to Clinic Gynecology and Obstetrics 22nd week gestation her fourth due complete absence amniotic fluid. The denied previous surgeries other diseases. Due poor prognosis for fetus, Ethics Committee approved induction started by applying two dinoprostone gels intracervically continued using carboprost tromethamine intramuscularly. aborted after 38 hours from start induction. During instrumental revision uterine cavity, right side suspected. Ultrasound examination showed parametrial hematoma.
